Job Title: Core Java developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 -3Days/Week Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD $50-55/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: August 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Job Summary: The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Multi-threaded Architecture, and Linux environments Required Skills: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms. Experience designing and developing Distributed Systems. Strong knowledge of Multi-threading, Concurrency, and Performance Tuning. Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation. Experience building REST APIs and Microservices. Familiarity with modern software design patterns. Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent.
