Job Title: Workday Integration Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 75-80/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: July 31st, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations. Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Orchestrations, Cloud Connect, and Workday Extend. Experience building inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, XML, XSLT, WSDL, and Web Services. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, BIRT Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security (ISU, ISSG, Domain Security). Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Business Processes, Staffing Models, and Security Framework. Experience with integration testing, deployment, data migration, validation, and Workday release management. Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and production support skills.
