The Role As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative engine driving integrated marketing initiatives across Nightingale Medical Supplies and our specialized divisions, including MyOstomy.ca, Pedicare, Rotatool, and McKin Health. You will have the autonomy to manage multi-brand campaigns, unleash your graphic design skills, and build meaningful connections. Role and Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Growth Develop and execute high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns across all corporate divisions. Track campaign performance, turning data and insights into winning strategies for continuous improvement. Own our email marketing engine—from audience segmentation and smart automation to tracking performance and reporting. Support SEO and SEM initiatives to climb organic search rankings and maximize website visibility. Build and maintain dynamic content calendars for our brands and social media channels. Monitor online reviews and champion initiatives that safeguard and elevate brand reputation. Graphic Design & Content Creation Design eye-catching print and digital materials, including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, trade show displays, email graphics, presentations, and social assets. Direct photography, video, and creative assets, smartly leveraging high-quality content. Write compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, customer success stories, educational guides, and promos. Design impactful retail marketing materials, including signage, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and seasonal campaigns. Brand & Marketing Support Plan, coordinate, and execute exciting marketing promotions and new product rollouts. Keep our marketing libraries organized, fresh, and easily accessible. Support local community engagement initiatives that build deep brand loyalty. Research industry trends, track competitors, and spot exciting new market opportunities. Project Management Seamlessly manage multiple marketing projects at once while consistently crushing your deadlines. Coordinate smoothly with internal teams, Pacific Surgical Marketing, and global suppliers to bring projects to life on time. Constantly look for ways to streamline marketing workflows and improve team efficiencies. Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive, hands-on marketing experience. Experience managing multiple distinct brands/product lines or a background in e-commerce considered an asset. Technical Toolbelt Analytics & Ads: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Digital & Email: SEO best practices and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), and Shopify experience. Design Suite: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Core Tools: Microsoft Office 365. Nice-to-Haves: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience with advanced marketing automation platforms. E-Commerce experience considered an asset. Compensation & Perks Annual income of $58,000 – $73,000 (based on skills and experience), in addition to comprehensive health plan and the option for RRSP matching.
