What You’ll Do You’ll work on building your own pipeline and professional network while representing PAG in the business community. Your responsibilities will include: Researching businesses and identifying potential opportunities Connecting with owners, founders and decision-makers Prospecting through LinkedIn, Apollo, email, calls and networking events Starting conversations and generating qualified meetings for PAG Building relationships with professionals such as bankers, lawyers, advisors and consultants Managing and following up with your own pipeline Learning how to identify business needs and connect prospects with the right PAG advisor Working with PAG’s leadership team to improve your outreach and business-development skills Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is: A university or college student, recent graduate or early-career professional Interested in sales, business, finance or entrepreneurship Comfortable speaking with new people Confident enough to put themselves out there Self-motivated and able to work independently Coachable and open to feedback Willing to learn through practice and real conversations Comfortable with rejection and persistent enough to keep improving Interested in building a strong professional network early in their career Previous sales or business-development experience is an asset, but not required. What You’ll Gain Think of PAG as a launch pad. You’ll gain hands-on experience learning how to: Build and manage a sales pipeline Communicate with business owners and senior professionals Use tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn for prospecting Develop professional relationships Understand how growing businesses think about accounting, finance and strategy Navigate real B2B sales conversations Build a network that can continue to benefit your career You’ll also have access to guidance, training resources and feedback from PAG’s CPAs and leadership team as you develop. Compensation This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Partners can earn compensation through: Qualified meetings generated Higher-quality business opportunities Clients successfully brought to PAG Performance bonuses based on client acquisition As PAG continues to grow its business-development team, strong performers may also be considered for future formal BDR or business-development positions. Why PAG? You’ll get exposure to real businesses across industries such as construction, healthcare, technology, professional services, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing and other owner-managed businesses. Rather than simply completing repetitive sales tasks, you’ll learn how to find opportunities, build relationships and create business from the ground up. If you’re ambitious, early in your career and looking for an opportunity where you can learn by doing, we’d like to hear from you. Apply with your resume and a short note explaining why you’re interested in business development and what you hope to gain from the opportunity.
