PAL Airlines is seeking a full-time Cargo Agent to join our St. John's, NL team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Accepting and handling cargo * Screening, scanning & sorting cargo. * Warehouse duties * Loading/Unloading aircraft in all weather conditions. * Operate Forklift * Provide internal and external customer support * Perform general office duties as required. * General accounting and completion of daily sales reports. * Other Duties assigned. Qualifications: * The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or warehouse in a fast-paced environment. * Must possess exceptional customer service skills. * Must exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills as this position requires on the spot decision making. * Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. * Must be able to obtain a clear Record of Conduct. * Must be able to perform repetitive lifting.
