IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of our enterprise consulting engagements. In this role, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, driving complex technology implementations, cloud ecosystems, and security deployments from initial scoping through to successful handover. You will act as the primary bridge between our technical engineering teams and our client stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the complete project lifecycle for multiple concurrent client engagements. Manage scope, schedules, and resources to ensure all milestones align with the Statement of Work (SOW). Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership and internal technical teams. Lead status meetings, manage expectations, and translate complex technical progress into clear business value. Resource & Sprint Planning: Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage capacity, and utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to remove bottlenecks and ensure steady sprint momentum. Risk Mitigation & Change Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks, scope creep, or timeline risks. Develop mitigation strategies, manage change requests, and escalate critical issues effectively. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including project charters, status reports, risk registers, and final deployment success stories. Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience in an IT consulting, managed services, or enterprise technology environment. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud deployments, and security operations. Ability to confidently engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects. Methodologies: Proven expertise in project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credentials are highly preferred. Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard project management and tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and modern collaboration suites. Core Traits: Exceptional organizational skills, strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple complex SOWs simultaneously.

The IT Project Manager will own the complete project lifecycle for multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. They will also manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Candidates should have 3-5+ years of project management experience in IT consulting or enterprise technology, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster.
