You’ll be joining our Calgary team at 8180 11 St SE #100, Calgary, AB, in a FULL-TIME capacity What You’ll Do Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture What We’re Looking For Proven success in a retail sales environment A competitive, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working in a commission-based environment Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and accountable Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Compensation & Growth This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range. At EQ3, we invest in people who want to grow. What you’ll do

Requirements

Proven success in retail sales with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for modern design. Must be comfortable in a commission-based environment and available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
