Job details

Panorama Mountain Friends provide free mountain tours throughout the winter and serve as resort ambassadors providing information about ski trails, facilities, services and the region. The welcoming attitudes of the Mountain Friends as well as their knowledge of the mountain and local area help to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience. Experience/Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to serve as an ambassador of Panorama Mountain Resort A positive & enthusiastic attitude to greeting, hosting, touring & socializing with guests of varying ability level (blue and black runs) Willingness to work as a member of a team in a positive and contributing manner Ability to confidently and skillfully ski/snowboard all black diamond runs under a variety of conditions. Physically fit to ski/ride a full day up to 20,000 vertical feet Able to commit to a minimum of 18 scheduled days, during daytime operating hours during winter 2026/2027 (December 4, 2026, to April 11, 2027) Willingness to assist with other resort events such as ski and bike races, hikes, etc. Knowledge of Panorama Mountain Resort and the Columbia Valley a great asset Benefits: Panorama Mountain Friends receive a complementary Winter 2026/2027 season pass. Requirements

Must be a highly skilled skier or snowboarder capable of navigating black diamond runs under various conditions. Requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to commit to a minimum of 18 scheduled days during the winter season.
