Job Duties Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise. Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed. Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information. Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies. Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.
