Job Duties Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, optimizing routes and delivery schedules for efficiency. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve any issues. Monitor shipments in real time and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers. Identify and troubleshoot transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information. Job Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role or environment. Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English communication skills required; Korean language proficiency required.
