Job Duties Coordinate international import/export shipment schedules with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, damages, and other operational issues, including implementing corrective actions Support on-site logistics operations including gate control coordination, escort arrangements, and weekend or urgent issue handling Prepare and review shipping documents and logistics reports with accuracy and compliance Support freight cost estimation, quotation review, invoice verification, and settlement processes Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders in English and Korean Job Requirements Minimum: College diploma or higher Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding preferred Solid understanding of import/export processes and shipment coordination Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond appropriately to urgent situations Experience with freight forwarding companies or international logistics operations is an asset Experience with customs clearance or cross-border shipping coordination is an asset Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines Salary Range: $45,000 CAD - $52,000 CAD Thank you for your interest in joining Pantos Logistics Canada.
