Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Cyber Security Consultants to join our team. The role will be hybrid for our customers who are in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify. If you have strong cyber security experience and feel that the responsibilities shown below describe you to a tee, we’d like to hear from you! Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include: 5 years’ experience with Cyber Security Management tools, creating and maintaining Playbooks, Policies and Procedures and with the development, deployment, and automation of security solutions in enterprise environments CEH, CISSP, CISM, GEAC and other security certifications desired Knowledge of network based, system level, and application layer attacks and mitigation methods Experience extracting pertinent security data from monitoring solutions, audit logs, and reports Experience in variety of security technology and architecture, such as MFA, SOAR, DLP, SIEM, privileged access management, network security and data security Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and Visio skills required Self-motivation, capable of taking initiative to problem solve and identify solutions with minimal supervision Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related equivalent experience Duties may include: Responsible for assisting with the technical deployment of our customer’s Cyber Security Action Plan Responsible for independently performing and assisting with penetration testing assessments (networks, applications, web services, wireless networks, social engineering), red team and adversarial simulation assessments Documentation of findings and creating of reports; delivery of the information in both written and verbal formats Document and create incident response workflows, playbooks and procedures Provide technical leadership in the deployment of security automation tools (SOAR, SIEM) Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise on all security technologies and keep abreast of emerging security support technologies and industry trends Assist in the investigation and resolution of security violations by providing post-mortem analysis to illuminate the issue, and identify causes, possible solutions, and preventative measures. Requirements

Candidates should have 5 years of experience with cyber security management tools and a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Cyber Security. Desired certifications include CEH, CISSP, CISM, or GEAC, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
