Job Description Job Description In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Requirements
Applicants must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN in good standing and have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Community care experience is an asset; candidates must be reliable, flexible, willing to travel to patient residences, and available for required after-hours on-call coverage.
