Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for four **LABOURERS** to join our **CIVIL UNDERGROUND DIVISION** for the 2026 season. This position is a full-time seasonal role and offers competitive wage with benefits. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to: - Work long hours, overtime, and consecutive days as required. - Must be able to perform all job duties in a wide range of (adverse) weather conditions. - Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and climb. - Exerting moderate to heavy physical effort (handling average weight objects up to 50lbs safely, perform labour activities such as cleaning out tracks, greasing, assisting with site set up and rigging, digging and shoveling, etc.). Job Duties include but are not limited to: - Setting up chains for rigging. - Operating small compaction gear such as jumping jacks or plate tampers. - Assisting the Top Man and Pipelayer with installing precast structures and water, sanitary, and storm pipe (including PVC, HDPE, Concrete, and associated fittings). - Performing hole coring on structures. - Setup core elevations on structures based on field measurements. - Digging, shoveling, and sweeping. **Requirements** - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Ability to get to the job site - Willingness to learn - Ground Disturbance and CSTS are an asset **Benefits** - Competitive Wages/Salaries - Health & Dental Benefits - Vision Benefits - Life Insurance - RRSP Matching - Opportunities for advancement Pay Scale $22 - $28 Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment.
