Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED WATER TRUCK DRIVER / LABOURER for the 2026 construction season. As a Water Truck Driver and Labourer, you will be responsible for operating a water truck to provide water for dust control on construction sites, as well as assisting with other general labor duties as needed. This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Operating a water truck to spray and compact various stabilizing agents on construction sites Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations Performing routine maintenance on the water truck to ensure safe and efficient operation Monitoring water levels and refilling the tank as needed Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used Working collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on time and within specifications Requirements: Valid Class 3 or 1 driver's license with air endorsement Previous experience as a water truck driver in a construction or road maintenance setting Knowledge of water truck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures Good understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to perform duties in various weather conditions Benefits Competitive Wages/Salaries Health & Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Life Insurance RRSP Matching Opportunities for advancement Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment.
