Site Superintendent – Permanent – 4304 About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established general contractor delivering ICI and multi-family construction projects across the Okanagan, is looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team in Kelowna, BC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on construction leader to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a variety of ground-up and renovation projects, working closely with the project management team to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and OH&S regulations Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment scheduling Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients on project progress, RFIs, and change orders Maintain accurate daily site documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records Support project close-out, deficiency management, and warranty items About You The successful candidate will have the following: 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI and/or multi-family construction projects Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Post-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field is an asset About the Job This is a permanent, full-time position based in Kelowna, BC, offering a competitive salary of $120,000+ (commensurate with experience), a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to grow with a well-respected builder in the Okanagan. Requirements
