We are now excited to speak with a Senior Bridge / Structures Superintendent who’s ready to grow with them. About You The successful candidate will have the following: Demonstrated experience as a Senior Superintendent delivering bridge and structures work within heavy civil or major infrastructure environments Strong understanding of complex concrete, formwork systems, sequencing, and execution under live or constrained conditions; you enjoy problem solving to crack exactly how complex work can be delivered effectively Comfortable working on large, multi year transit or infrastructure projects with high technical and stakeholder demands A leadership style built on preparation, accountability, and collaboration with engineering, construction, and client teams Keen to continue developing your technical and leadership skills within the major transit and infrastructure space, rather than stepping away from the work About the Job Their culture is built around: Technical rigour and innovation Collaboration and trust Long term thinking and sustainable growth Developing people who want to stay close to complex work and keep improving how it’s done You will play a key role on a flagship project located centrally in Toronto.
