A place where you can take your career in the direction you want to grow and go The Opportunity: The midstream plant maintenance support team provides administrative support services to the Terminal, Pipeline, and Refinery teams. The Plant Maintenance Support Specialist performs SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance administration, equipment master data management, inspection and preventive maintenance scheduling, end-user technical support, data quality monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The position works closely with Refinery, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and IT personnel to ensure maintenance activities are accurately planned, documented, executed, and reported. Responsibilities: Act as subject matter expert for SAP PM Create, update, and maintain equipment master records, functional locations, bills of material, and related maintenance data in SAP. Maintain preventive maintenance plans, inspection schedules, task lists, measuring points, and maintenance strategies. Review equipment and maintenance data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Troubleshoot SAP, mobile application, tablet, connectivity, and work-order processing issues; escalate complex technical problems when needed. Analyze work processes and system data to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization or automation. Train and assist employees and contractors in the proper use of SAP, mobile maintenance tools, and established maintenance processes. Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Inspection, IT, Supply Chain, and other support functions to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives involving SAP Plant Maintenance and mobile applications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. At least two years of business systems setup and reporting experience. Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Inventory Management (preventive maintenance, work orders, inventory transactions, warehouse locations). Individual will need to understand how to read Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) Preferred Skills Strong skills in SAP, Microsoft Office, and mobile data collection tools. Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills. Effective communicator across cross-functional teams. Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities. Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level: The Specialist/Analyst level: bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years SAP/maintenance systems experience equivalent experience. The Senior Specialist/Analyst: 6-8 years SAP/maintenance systems experience equivalent experience. The Lead Specialist/Analyst: 8-10 years SAP/maintenance systems experience equivalent experience. Compensation: The anticipated hiring range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000, depending on the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and the level at which they are hired (Specialist, Senior Specialist, or Lead Specialist). Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
