The Contracting and Procurement Senior Officer is responsible for carrying out duties related to all aspects of the procurement process in the acquisition of specialized goods and services, in compliance with all relevant Parliamentary Protective Service (PPS) policies and procedures, while providing guidance, advice and support to PPS client areas to ensure that the process is effective, expeditious and ethical, and provides the best possible value for PPS.
