DAY TO DAY * Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments * Collecting, testing, and recording grain samples * Exercising competency in grading commodities * Operate machinery with confidence and precision * Perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately blend fertilizer * Regular facility maintenance & housekeeping * Commitment to maintaining a safe & compliant working environment * Performing exceptional customer service duties * Other duties as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years’ experience in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and/or farming * Knowledge of hydraulic machinery & electrical considered an asset * Class G driver’s license * Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.) * Ability to work within environment subject to dust and allergens * Ability to work at heights * Flexible work schedule We thank all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted. The Facility Assistant II is responsible for the movement, sampling, and grading of grain while operating facility machinery. They also perform regular maintenance, housekeeping, and provide customer service to ensure efficient facility operations.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of general labour experience, preferably in agriculture, and possess a Class G driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights in a dusty environment.
