An Associate represents Part-Time CFO Services regionally by building and strengthening long-term relationships with small to mid-sized family-owned and private enterprises. This results-oriented professional works collaboratively with clients to develop sustainable plans that improve financial health. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and grow client base through networking, referrals, events, and community contacts. Conduct strategic analysis and develop detailed financial models aligned with clients’ strategic plans. Identify turnaround strategies, guide clients through plant expansions and other business restructuring options, and analyze potential investment projects. Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential future business implications. Evaluate financial risks, prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and other documents concerning capital management, and write reports and recommendations Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance. Develop monthly and annual revenue and expense plans. Negotiate bank, vendor, and customer agreements to reduce working capital requirements. Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate plans with lenders. Establish credit policies and procedures to improve collections and reduce bad debt. Qualifications: CPA designation with 20+ years of successful financial and business leadership experience. Experience generating business leads through effective relationship building. Ability to identify and assess financial issues and prepare effective, client-focused solutions. Persuasive communicator with the ability to motivate others to take action. Excellent customer service and communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Strong negotiation skills and a high level of integrity. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization. Resourceful, analytical, and confident in decision making and problem solving. Technical Competencies: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of a variety of ERP systems. Highly proficient email and calendar management skills.
