The Role We’re seeking a motivated Global Shipper/Receiver to join our Warehouse team. This role supports international shipping compliance, Canadian shipping, and global receiving operations. You’ll thrive in a self-directed environment that values accountability, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities: * Scan all incoming shipments and transfers * Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips or other documents, record shortages, investigate discrepancies and reject damaged goods * Count and verify received materials and place in appropriate storage areas * Maintain receiving logs for Canadian and International shipments and file all paperwork accordingly * Contact internal employees when shipments arrive * Act as a liaison with other business units to assist with their specific shipping needs. * Determine method of shipment and prepare required documentation (waybills, commercial invoices, FCC, declaration of owner, NAFTA certificate, foreign shippers declaration, B13, and any other required shipping documents) * Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions * Maintain internal record-keeping systems. (RMS, CNA cargo insurance certificates, Canadian automated export declaration, International export regulations (Migra) and other internal folders) * Handle return material authorization (RMA's) * Liaison with US brokers, Canadian/International freight forwarders as well as internal and external customers * Work with the Shipping Lead and other experts to ensure compliance with international shipments * Verify that the packing list and products reconcile on every order * Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks * Participate in monthly Warehouse cycle counts * Effectively work with other Warehouse team members to ensure all schedules are being met * General warehouse duties as required, including operating a forklift * Ensure compliance with safety guidelines in all aspects of work Qualifications: * Knowledge of customs regulations and HS coding preferred * Ability to lift materials and work in a safety-sensitive environment * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team setting Experience * 5+ years warehouse/logistics experience considered an asset Education * High School Diploma required Perks and Benefits * Competitive compensation packages * Extended health benefits * Work life balance * Health & wellness support * Opportunities to give back * Great vacation time * Employee & family events Any offer of employment is conditional on the completion of positive and satisfactory background checks, which may include, proof that you are legally entitled to work in Canada, verification of educational background, a drug and alcohol test (for safety sensitive positions) and criminal background checks. #INDCA
