The scenic commute through rolling foothills and forested landscapes offers a refreshing start and end to your day, making the drive feel less like a commute and more like an escape from the city. Currently operating out of the owner’s residence, we’re excited to move into our expanded clinic space with a targeted opening in July 2026. This growth reflects our commitment to continuing to serve the Bragg Creek community while creating an exceptional environment for both our patients and our team. Dr. Clancy and our experienced team are passionate about providing high-quality dentistry while taking the time to truly listen to patients and deliver personalized care. What you’ll do: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental clinic environment, with in-depth knowledge of dental insurance, claims, predeterminations, and billing processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Curve is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
