Specifics about the role: Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Monday 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm and Friday 8 am to 2 pm What you’ll do: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental admin role. Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cleardent and MaxAssist is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
