What You’ll Be Doing This role is about much more than cleanings—it’s about being a trusted partner in your patients’ long-term oral health. In a typical day, you’ll: Provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and risk identification Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and overall health connections Build strong, ongoing relationships with a loyal re-care patient base Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Create a comfortable, positive experience that keeps patients coming back You’ll have the time, tools, and patient flow to do your best work—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
