Role Details Position Location: KWC Region – Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge) Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00 / hour (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends What You’ll Be Doing Clinical Services: Deliver high-quality care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments. Evaluations & Care Plans: Conduct periodontal assessments and build customized maintenance plans tailored to individual patient needs. Patient Education: Guide patients on preventive oral strategies and home care techniques with clarity and empathy. Chart Management & Continuity: Maintain detailed, precise digital charting to ensure accurate ongoing patient care. Team Collaboration: Partner with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling and practice flow. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Credentials: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program; registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). Insurance & Safety: Valid liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA), along with current IPAC and CPR certifications.
