Role Description PATHways Centre is seeking a full-time Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our growing team. This role is primarily clinic-based in Burlington, with opportunities for limited community or home-based work depending on client needs. The successful candidate will work closely with children, youth, and families, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. The RBA will be responsible for assessment, program development, staff supervision, caregiver coaching, and ongoing clinical oversight within a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioural assessments and functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor: Behaviour Support Plans, Safety and Crisis Plans, Skill-building and treatment plans Provide direct supervision, coaching, and clinical guidance to Behaviour Therapy Assistants (BTAs) Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinicians Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning Monitor data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make evidence-based clinical decisions Support caregiver training and generalization of skills across settings Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinic culture Primary Skill Set Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Experience in research, including the ability to conduct literature reviews, analyze research data, and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies. Knowledge of community services and health care supports, including an understanding of various funding models (e.g., SSAH, ACSD, OAP, CSN, Passport etc.) Effective project management skills, including the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate behaviour support plans, oversee clinical case management for active files and coordinate larger community teams Qualifications Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis or Clinical Psychology is preferred, and must be a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. A minimum of 1 years experience working with adults, children or youth with neruodiversity including but not limited to autism, adhd, intellectual developmental disabilities, trauma disorders, acquired brain injuries, neuromotor, or other complex medical needs. Experience supervising and providing clinical guidance to front-line staff. Experience in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans and interventions. The RBA is responsible for conducting behavioural assessments and developing treatment and safety plans for neurodiverse clients. They provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behaviour Therapy Assistants while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Candidates must be a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, preferably with a Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis or Clinical Psychology. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with neurodiverse populations and experience supervising front-line staff is required.
