Responsibilities Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities Requirements The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive) We may consider a 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset CONNECT with us today! Requires 3+ years of experience in complex service repairs and the ability to use diagnostic tools. A Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent mechanical certification is preferred, though advanced apprentices may be considered.
