As Regional Logistics Manager you will play an essential role in directing fleet operations for the area. You will: Work closely with the Trucking Operations Manager to lead daily trucking and fleet operations Recruit, hire, train, support, drive accountability, and employee satisfaction for those who report to this position Coordinate haul schedules across locations Support fleet maintenance and vehicle safety Report safe‑driving performance, maintenance needs, and hours‑of‑service compliance Review and validate daily driver time and mileage reports Ensure team compliance with all licensing rules and regulations Is aware of all regulations, including over‑dimensional permitting in SK, MB, and AB Resolve hauling and operational challenges Provide cost estimates for customers and internal hauling needs Analyze performance metrics and growth opportunities You have: 5+ years in a Trucking/Transportation industry leadership role In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry Experience leading, developing, and motivating others Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer/technology skills In-depth knowledge of the transportation industry and fleet management software Analytical and reporting capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed Valid driver’s license required You are: A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Results-oriented, strong work ethic, customer focused Committed to safety and compliance Self-aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Successful in fast-paced, high-growth environment Able to use John Deere applications and tools Familiar with John Deere and competitive products CONNECT with us today!
