We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team environment. As a Contents & Cleaning Technician, you will play an important role in helping customers during difficult situations by caring for and restoring their belongings and assisting with emergency restoration work. Position Summary This position involves packing, cleaning, moving, and restoring customer contents after property damage. Team members also assist with warehouse organization, vehicle maintenance, and emergency mitigation services when needed. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities Pack, move, inventory, and transport customer belongings safely Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties Assist on emergency mitigation and restoration projects as needed Support the Mitigation Manager during downtime with: Warehouse cleaning and organization Vehicle cleaning and maintenance Equipment preparation and upkeep Load and unload furniture, boxes, and restoration equipment Document damaged items using photos and company software Follow company safety procedures and restoration protocols Maintain professionalism and compassion when working with customers Complete daily job notes and assigned paperwork Qualifications Bilingual — French and English required Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in physically demanding environments Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in restoration, cleaning, moving, or construction is an asset, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly wage: $24–$27/hour Medical benefits after probation period RRSP program after probation period Paid training Opportunities for advancement Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment Meaningful work helping people in times of need About Paul Davis Paul Davis is a leader in property damage restoration and emergency services. Requirements

French and English bilingual ability and a valid driver's license are required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments; reliability, teamwork, a strong work ethic, and customer service skills are expected, while relevant restoration, cleaning, moving, or construction experience is an asset but not required.
