Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate assignments with insurance carriers and insured parties Process and manage insurance claims from start to finish Communicate project direction and expectations with division managers Generate scopes of work for the Estimator Review estimates for accuracy prior to submission Manage project budgets while maintaining targeted gross margins Participate in an on-call rotation as part of our 24/7 operation Core Competencies – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience managing both commercial and residential projects Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills (asset) Sales experience (asset) Construction experience (asset) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Understanding and alignment with Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics Required Qualifications Experience leading teams, offices, or groups within an organization Proven ability to achieve results and exceed performance goals Valid operator’s license Criminal background clearance (required) Preferred Qualifications Secondary education (not required, but considered an asset) Physical Requirements Ability to independently navigate active job sites Ability to observe and process information on a computer Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Why Join Paul Davis Fort McMurray?
