Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
