Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant – Dayforce Join PayTech and help clients transform how they manage time, labor, scheduling, and workforce compliance. We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant with deep Dayforce Workforce Management expertise to lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing scalable workforce solutions, configuring advanced WFM functionality, and guiding organizations through successful deployment. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needs Configure and optimize: Time Calculation Rules Pay Policies & Entitlements Attendance Management Advanced Scheduling Job Costing & Labor Allocation Time Clocks & Punch Policies Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard Design solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements, including FLSA, FMLA, and California overtime regulations. Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities. Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes. Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior consultants. What You Bring 5+ years of Dayforce Workforce Management implementation experience. Proven success leading complex full lifecycle WFM implementations. Advanced configuration expertise across Dayforce Workforce Management modules. Strong knowledge of labor regulations, workforce compliance, and complex scheduling environments. Experience working with unionized workforces and multi-site organizations. Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering an outstanding client experience. Preferred Qualifications Dayforce Workforce Management certification(s). Experience implementing solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, public sector, or other complex workforce environments. Enterprise HCM project leadership or workstream lead experience.
