Deliver electrical design and project management work for municipal utilities and industrial projects, including calculations, design documents, construction documentation, site reviews, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with clients and contractors, support proposals and business development, and provide team leadership and mentoring as directed.

Deliver electrical design and project management work for municipal utilities and industrial projects, including calculations, drawings, specifications, estimates, reports, and construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams; conduct site reviews and inspections; support testing and commissioning; and mentor junior staff as directed.

Manage and deliver municipal utilities engineering project tasks, including client liaison, project management, construction documentation, site assessments and inspections, cost estimates, calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports. Oversee contractor quality control and testing, attend meetings, commission and troubleshoot systems, develop software, and mentor junior staff as directed.
