Deliver electrical engineering projects for the Municipal Utilities team, including client liaison, project management, design documentation, cost estimates, site reviews, and construction oversight. Support commissioning and troubleshooting, develop software, attend project meetings, and mentor junior staff as directed.

Design, integrate, program, test, and commission industrial control systems and automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, networks, and databases. Support projects through site assessments, technical and construction documentation, contractor oversight, client coordination, and mentoring junior staff.

Develop and coordinate proposal content, gather input from design staff and partners, compile submissions, and manage the proposal submission process. Maintain proposal and marketing materials, templates, pursuit tracking, bid searches, and internal documentation while delivering accurate, timely, brand-appropriate work.
