This role focuses on HR analytics and reporting, identifying key metrics and trends to proactively inform and prepare the organization. QUALIFICATIONS * Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, strong exposure to analytics and reporting. * Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors). * Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and automation. * Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines. * Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations. * Demonstrated ability translate data into actionable insights. * Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome. * Results oriented and has proven project management experience.
