Assist with the implementation and updates of the HSE plan/manuals during the execution of the project. Support and manage the project specific HSE plans. Participate and contribute to quarterly/weekly safety meetings. Assist in advising Senior Management on HSE initiative and processes. Implement and update as necessary HSE courses and programs. Analyze and interpret reports from PCL’s safety management system. Assist management with internal/external audits. Participate in HSE committees. Maintain HSE prequalification databases. Run monthly reports. Coordinate site inspections for management. Manage and modify HSE team sites. Provide data entry support. Assist with other general administrative duties as required. Qualifications 1-2 or more years of administrative experience; previous experience in the construction industry is considered an asset. Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program is considered an asset. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Professional and service-oriented approach internally and externally. Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Self-management skills to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines. Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines under pressure. Detailed-oriented.
