B Pressure Welder - Shutdown - Lacombe County , Alberta (Job Number: 128493) PCL Energy is seeking Journeyperson B-Pressure Hand Welders for shutdown work, at a project in Lacombe County, AB. September - October Work Conditions & Remuneration Journeyperson base wage: $52.00/hr LOA: $165 per day worked, for those that qualify Travel allowance (drive in/drive out): $113.00 per rotation, for those that qualify 10% vacation/stat pay 4.0% RSP contribution 4.0% pension, including employer matching DAY and NIGHT shift ($3.00/hr night shift premium) Must successfully pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test Must have own transportation Safety training provided As a B-Pressure Welder for our PCL Energy Edmonton District, you will contribute to our team by: Holding a valid Journeyperson Welder certificate with B-Pressure ticket Successfully completing weld qualifying tests Demonstrating strong experience in carbon, stainless, and duplex steel welding Having excellent communication skills Being able to work in a group or alone Being able to take direction Being safety conscious and adhering to all PCL safety processes and policies Meeting qualification and training requirements based on specific work conditions Working outdoors in various weather conditions Other qualifications may be required The future you want is within reach.
