Job summary

Production Coordinator PCL Graphics is a large format print and fabrication company based in Markham, Ontario. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage the day to day flow of orders for one of our high volume client programs, from order entry through to shipping. What you'll be doing Receiving purchase orders from the client and entering them into work orders in our system Verifying PO pricing against our system pricing and requesting adjusted POs when there are discrepancies Checking artwork versions against orders and requesting new proofs and artwork for any new items that come in Scheduling outbound shipments and coordinating carrier pickups Working closely with the production team lead to make sure all orders go out on time Building the daily production plan each morning and distributing job lists to the floor Handling closing paperwork, including printing, filing, and PO reconciliation Monitoring and managing hardware inventory levels such as fasteners, magnets, and display hardware, and reordering before we run short Managing outsourced items and coordinating with outside vendors Keeping inventory organized and accurate What we're looking for Strong attention to detail, especially with pricing, versions, and paperwork A self starter who finds the work without needing constant direction Comfortable juggling multiple orders and deadlines in a fast paced production environment Solid computer skills and the ability to learn our order management software quickly Good communication skills for coordinating between the client, vendors, and our production floor Experience in print, manufacturing, or warehouse coordination is an asset but not required This is a full time, on site role at our Markham facility.
