Coordinate placements, financial supports, onboarding, and retention services while maintaining accurate records and meeting individual and team performance targets.

The Employment Consultant - Retention Specialist will manage a caseload of clients, providing support to ensure they maintain employment. This includes conducting assessments, developing employment action plans, and maintaining regular contact with clients and employers.
