Position Overview We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Gutter Crew Lead in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this role is 100% field-based. What you'll do * Independently install, repair, and maintain eavestroughs, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia on residential properties — owning your jobs from start to finish * Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners on-site: explain the scope of work clearly, address concerns with empathy and professionalism, and leave every customer feeling confident and cared for * Measure, cut, and assemble materials to ensure accurate, efficient installations that meet company standards and building codes * Diagnose and resolve drainage and water flow issues related to eavestrough systems * Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and power tools at varying heights; maintain a safe, clean job site at all times What we're looking for * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing eavestroughs, gutters, soffits, and fascia — you know this trade inside and out and can work independently without supervision * Demonstrated customer service skills: you're comfortable speaking directly with homeowners, managing expectations, and resolving concerns on-site with composure and care * Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and experience towing a trailer * Fall Protection Certification (required before start) * Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs * Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Wage based on experience plus commission * Company vehicle, gas card, and cellphone provided * Group health benefits available upon successful completion of probation * Permanent, full-time role Why Join Us?
