Job details

Production * Run all production equipment according schedule and specifications * Safely and efficiently operate production material handling equipment, including hand trucks * Assure that the RPO schedule is completed in time * Advise Production Supervisor of any receipt discrepancies * Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality RPO Processing * Accept and confirm all RPO’s with correct material supplied * Ensure proper packaging and labeling of the product for shipment * Check product with appropriate RPO documentation Housekeeping * Maintain production work spaces in clean and tidy manner and ensure the neat and orderly storage of all stock * Ensure all waste is placed in proper receptacles and is disposed of, or recycled, in a timely manner * Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers and hoses are accessible at all times and warehouse aisles are kept free of clutter, pallets etc. * Move scrap and garbage in designated containers Health and Safety * Comply with basic health and safety regulations and procedures * Use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times * Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the Production Supervisor * Participate in Health and Safety committee as required Interpersonal * Work cooperatively with others in a group/team environment * Verbally communicate effectively with others.
