Job summary
We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and results-oriented Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team in Toronto, ON. This role requires deep experience in CRM tools to manage and scale our sales pipeline infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation and elevating marketing automation. The Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator helps ensure Peakhill’s digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tactics are optimized and effectively positioned for various client segments. Key Responsibilities Maintain data accuracy, integrity and segmentation across CRM systems Track lead sources, engagement, and conversion performance Assist the Marketing lead in optimizing lead pipelines and CRM integrations with digital marketing platforms to support sales processes Assist the Marketing lead with paid marketing campaigns and performance analytics Use CRM tools to optimize data segmentation, audience management, and personalization Ensure consistent lead tracking and proper data entry Collaborate with Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to manage project timelines effectively, ensure timely delivery of analytics, and align marketing efforts with business goals Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a CRM marketing, analytics, or digital marketing role Previous experience with Salesforce and Pipedrive is required. Previous experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and paid media tagging across Google Ads Previous experience or interest in commercial real estate is considered an asset Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts and best practices Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
