Pembina Hills School Division invites applications for Full Time Educational Assistant at École Barrhead Elementary School. There are two positions available. Duties will commence as soon as possible and will end June 25, 2027. The Division Pembina Hills School Division provides education to approximately 3600 students in 16 community schools including two Hutterite Colony Schools and two outreach schools. PHSD also provides education to over 10,000 students from within and beyond our borders, through our online school, Vista Virtual School. For more information on our remarkable Division, please visit our website at The School - École Barrhead Elementary School Located approximately 120 km northwest of Edmonton, École Barrhead Elementary School (BES), is a K-6 school with approximately 640 students offering English and French Immersion. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday at 6.25 hours/day, 31.25 hours per week, following the school calendar. Qualifications Experience working with students with diverse needs would be an asset Preference will be given to applicants with an understanding of childhood development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and adults Must demonstrate ability to work as a member of the school team, taking direction from classroom teacher, special education lead teacher, and consultants Enthusiastic and motivated to help students succeed Ability to work in a flexible learning environment First aid would be an asset For Further Information, Please Contact Angie Bachand (Principal) at 780-674-8518 This competition will remain open until suitable candidates are found.
