The analyst is responsible for supporting operational excellence through industrial engineering assignments, data visualization, and process improvement initiatives. Key tasks include executing time studies, developing SOPs, and automating data retrieval processes to reduce waste. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Analytics. Candidates should ideally have 2 years of experience in a technical data or process analysis role and familiarity with Minitab and Six Sigma methodologies.
