Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Location: 10760 Henri-Bourassa E, Montreal, QC H1C 1S9 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: - Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500. - Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace - Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships - Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. - Other projects as assigned by the supervisor. The trainee will manage local and national customer accounts while overseeing fleet productivity and profitability. They are also responsible for generating new business leads and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required, along with effective communication skills and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Candidates must be results-oriented and willing to travel within the district as needed.
