What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals who are excited to meet performance metrics and exceed expectations. If you have a current VSA license, that’s a plus, but if not, we’ll help you get one! Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and budget Greet and assist customers with vehicle selection Post videos and pictures of inventory on all social media platforms to generate leads Complete all Manufacturer training to be a master at your craft Present vehicle features and conduct test drives Complete all necessary paperwork and finalize transactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Drive business through cold calls and outreach What You Bring: Passion for cars, trucks, and helping people find their DREAM VEHICLE!
