What You'll Be Doing Prepare daily cash movement reports. Manage payments preparation, fund transfers and issue trade confirmation; Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the settlement amounts, as well as reconcile cash breaks. Maintain counterparties’ information and SSI against in-house systems. Actively participate in projects for new systems and new products launches. Support the implementation of new products and system modifications by liaising with the Head Office and other stakeholders. ; Collaborate with the Head Office and IT to ensure efficient department operations. Assist department members in handling any operational issues. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager and the Head of Operations. Maintain effective communication with leadership, providing updates on issues, concerns and successes. Provide coverage for other back-office functions as needed. The Skills You'll Need To Succeed Experience within a banking role. Understanding of payments schemes (CHAPS and SWIFT). Solid understanding of the UK payment system including Interbank Clearing, Nostro account reconciliations and CHAPS processes. Experienced in handling SWIFT operations. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal in English and Mandarin. Highly organised and able to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Relevant professional qualifications. Proficiency in Microsoft excel. Team player with diligent work ethic and strong communications abilities.
