What You'll Be Doing Each Day Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Provide general administrative and operational support to the team The Skills You'll Need To Succeed Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking) Solid Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s) is required. Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks/UK employment law.
