Manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Analyze payroll and billing reconciliations, gross margins, and client profitability, while identifying improvements to financial processes and controls.

Lead HR and payroll operations, including labour and employee relations, collective bargaining agreement administration, recruitment, performance management, benefits, and workplace health and safety. Advise managers and employees, ensure compliance with employment requirements and company policies, and improve HR processes across both sites.
