Job summary
OFSAA TM Developer Location: Toronto, ON Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: This role is suited for someone with deep hands-on experience in Oracle OFSAA Transaction Monitoring, FCCM TM, AML monitoring processes, enterprise batch orchestration, and Oracle SQL performance. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform. - Define and enforce standards for TM processing, job orchestration, data handling, and technical delivery. - Lead hands-on engineering for entity resolution, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, validation, and supporting batch processes. - Design and maintain AutoSys flows, dependencies, restartability, and recovery strategies. - Provide advanced Oracle SQL, partitioning, statistics, and database performance guidance. What We Are Looking For - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA Transaction Monitoring and FCCM TM. - Deep understanding of TM batch processing, entity resolution, alert generation, and lookbacks. - Experience supporting enterprise AML Transaction Monitoring in a regulated environment. - Advanced Oracle SQL, performance tuning, partitioning, and database troubleshooting skills. - Strong experience with AutoSys or equivalent enterprise scheduling platforms. Nice to Have - Experience modernizing or migrating OFSAA/TM workloads to cloud platforms. - Exposure to high-volume payments or real-time monitoring platforms. - Prior experience working with regulators, auditors, or model-risk teams from a technology perspective.
